Home health care delivers skilled medical services right in your home. This includes nursing, therapy, and social work to support your recovery, manage chronic conditions, and help you stay independent.
It is designed to provide the care you need to heal safely, maintain your health, and live confidently at home.
You may be eligible for home health care if:
You’re covered by Medicare Part A and/or Part B.
You’re currently under the care of a licensed healthcare provider, such as a doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or surgeon.
You require skilled care, such as nursing services or physical, occupational, or speech therapy.
You’re considered homebound — meaning it takes considerable effort or assistance for you to leave your home.
Medicare typically covers 100% of approved home health care services.
We currently accept Traditional (Original) Medicare — Part A and/or Part B only.
At this time, we do not accept private insurance, Medicare Advantage plans, or Medicaid.

You’ll need an order or referral from an authorized healthcare provider, such as a doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or surgeon.
After we receive your referral and confirm your Medicare eligibility, we’ll reach out to schedule your in-home assessment.
Being homebound means it takes significant effort or assistance to leave your home due to a health condition.
You can still go out occasionally for medical visits, religious services, or brief outings and remain eligible for home health care.
Yes, if you meet Medicare’s eligibility requirements, it covers 100% of approved home health services.
You won’t have any out-of-pocket costs for covered care, though non-covered services may have separate fees.
Visit frequency depends on your individual needs and the care plan set by your healthcare provider.
